Kindle Jacket v Kindle Socks?
I generally always favoured leather traditional jacket type Kindle covers formerly. This type of cover made my heavy Kindle 2 ebook reader seem like a real paper book. These additionally gave wonderful armor to a tool that was pricey, at something like 250 dollars.
However my most recent Kindle 4 wo-fi was priced at a far lower , therefore could I in reality defend spending a heap of cash on a fancy leather jacket style cover kindle 4 cover A quantity of book style Kindle covers (including the ones that come with lights) cost nearly as much as the e-book reading device itself! Outrageous!
Even if I could (but really I couldn’t!), there was anyway, something as well to respect;

I most certainly did not need a substantial cumbersome traditional jacket getting in the way. As it is so comfortable using the undersized ebook readers in one hand that a bulky kindle jacket would change the experience. Also, with these modern non-slip backs on the Kindle 4 wo-fi these feel significantly more secure in the grip just how they are. I previously be troubled about dropping the e book reading device whilst using it. Now it is super “grippy” I do not imagine I need a kindle case on it always “just in case”.
So, a traditional jacket type cover or a simple sleeve No contest, I found a wonderful sleeve style Kindle cover!
However, I understand that there will be times when a jacket would feel more appropriate:
1. When you require a book light nearby constantly, without needing to carry about something too bulky you could favor a book jacket which has a book light in-built.
2. When you like to use the device “without having to hold the Kindle” such as while eating, a flip stand kindle case is a great buy.
3. When you in reality long for the feel of a “real” paper book, a jacket type kindle case could help you get the old fashioned book feel back!
Personally – there was no contest because it simply had to be a sleeve style case, and not a book jacket type of cover!
